Operational Brief
Slice City Diner is a modern 2.5D restaurant-management game. You move to a new city, open a
tiny shop with nothing but dough, sauce and cheese, and grow it into the best diner in town.
Take orders at the counter, walk to the kitchen to build and bake, restock at the store, and
hire help to keep up as the queue grows — with a smooth cinematic camera that follows you
between stations.
Engineered in-house at Studio Eighty Five as a showcase of lightweight HTML5 craft: a layered
2.5D scene renderer with an animated camera, procedural placeholder art, a living-world audio
layer, and a steady frame rate in a single browser tab — landscape, full-screen, no install.
